PREPARATION OF ACCOUNTS
All businesses should have accounts prepared on an annual basis, for Limited companies it is a Legal requirement. After your accounts have been prepared we will review the figures with you and discuss the profitability and tax liabilities.
SELF ASSESMENT TAX RETURNS
This involves completing a Tax Return each year which has to be submitted by 31 January following the end of the tax year.
MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS
It is essential for all businesses to have up to date figures to enable the owners/shareholders to make decisions about the future. We can prepare figures on a monthly, quarterly, or half yearly basis and can help you review these figures. We can also assist you in preparing your targets and projections.
PAYE WAGES
We can prepare PAYE wages for your employees on a weekly/monthly basis and supply the relevant payslips for both your staff and for H M Revenue and Customs. Ensuring that you comply with the Real Time Information (RTI) requirements.
BOOK KEEPING
We can update your records on a monthly or quarterly basis; we will then produce a report to enable the submission of your VAT Returns.
TAX INVESTIGATIONS AND INSURANCE
We have over 20 years’ experience in dealing with Tax Investigations started by H M Revenue and Customs. Investigations can be very stressful, time consuming and costly if not dealt with by a good professional advisor.
We also offer Protection Insurance to all our clients which enables the professional fees in defending an investigation to be covered.
